ason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley couldn't keep their hands off each other as they walked around New York yesterday.

The couple were either holding hands, wrapping their arms around each other or snuggling together as they wandered the Noho area of the city.

Huntington-Whiteley looked every bit the supermodel turned actress dressed in her tight purple jeans tucked into boots, striped T-shirt, trendy green combat jacket and large dark sunglasses firmly in place.

Statham was coordinated with his girlfriend in a green sweater, paired with dark jeans and aviator sunglasses, looking effortlessly put together and totally the Hollywood hunky leading man that he has become.

The two, who have been dating for less than a year, are both enjoying red hot careers at the moment.

23-year-old Huntington-Whiteley, who shot to fame as a Victoria's Secret model, has made the cross over to acting and is currently filming Transformers 3, in a role she took over from Megan Fox.

Statham, 38, is best known for his role in the Guy Ritchie's Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and the Transporter films.

But he is about to start promotional duties for two high profile movies he has coming up, 13 and The Killer Elite.

13, which is due out this autumn, co-stars Ray Liotta and 50 Cent and is a thriller/drama about a naive young man who assumes a dead man's identity and finds himself embroiled in an underground world of power, violence, and chance where men gamble behind closed doors on the lives of other men.

The Killer Elite co-stars Robert De Niro is an action thriller about a former Navy SEAL who is forced out of retirement in order to save his friend.

Meanwhile their romance seems to be red hot too.

The two seem to have been inseparable since starting dating last April. 

And this isn't the first high-profile relationship for either of them.

Statham had a long-term relationship with actress Kelly Brook, and Huntington-Whiteley has dated both French actor Olivier Martinez and Tyrone Wood, son of Rolling Stone, Ronnie Wood.

Prior to dating Huntington-Whiteley, Statham was seen cruising on a yacht in St. Barths on New Year's Day with brunette girlfriend Alex Zosman.

However, Zosnon seems to have disappeared since Statham met Huntington-Whiteley.

Rosie-Huntingon-Whiteley and Jason Statham have hushed the rumours they are heading for splitsville with a very public display of affection.

The pair cuddled up as they sat side by side at the Balmain show after-party on Thursday night showing that they are both entirely smitten. 

There may be a 20 year age gap between the loved up couple, but they seem more closer than ever with Jason accompanying his girlfriend to the French capital to attend the city's Fashion Week events.

She accentuated her waist with a bold white belt which featured chunky gold and wore a pair of show stopping shoes from the Parisian's designer's forthcoming range.

The blonde beauty's footwear was as beautiful as she is and featured sheer polka dots to match her dress and was finished with a gold tip.
